0:13Coming up on this season of Slate's Hi-Fi Nation podcast. So I think it's basically stealing. What should we make of AI music? It should make us rethink the very idea of creativity. What about AI love? Would you say that a relationship with a synthetic lover is better than a relationship with a physical lover? I would say it is definitely better.
0:43Science fiction has become science fact in 2023. We're going to look at what it's like to live, love, and lose in the age of AI. Ultimately, I don't believe that a digital representation of somebody isn't them. To have machines control our work lives. It turns your phone into a sensor to collect all sorts of data about your working life. To see what our relationships with animals will be like. So in 100 years, we'll have tools that allow us to translate animal communicative signals so that we understand what animals want.
