0:00Welcome to the Exploring Healing Arts podcast. It's me, Elizabeth Alexander, your host, the creator and curator behind this podcast with a short and sweet episode, just me and you. And I'm sitting here today with a big beaming smile on my face. I wish you could see it. I've got a sparkle in my eyes and my body is just full of both pride and gratitude because this is the 20th recording of this podcast and I am just reflecting on my own

0:36journey with it. It's something that, as you've heard in the intro, I've dreamed of for many, many moons. My intention has very much been to birth the resource I wish I had at the start of my own healing journey, my own awakening, you know, over a decade ago. And I feel like with the help and support of a lot of amazing practitioners who I've gotten to share in conversations with, we have been able to do this. And I am just so happy that it's here

1:09for you to listen to. This message is coming to you at the end of season three. I'm recording this in December 2023. And my big news is that I'm going to be taking a bit of a pause to reflect more, to decide where do I want to go? Where do we go? Where does this podcast go from here? So if you're somebody that has benefited from this podcast, I would love to hear from you. You're welcome to drop me a message on my website, energyhealingelizabeth.com.

1:42And let me know how this has impacted you, if it has at all. My hope is that through the conversations that I've had here on my solo episodes, or that I've shared in creating with fellow practitioners, my teachers, my mentors, colleagues, friends, that some seeds have been planted in you. And I really hope that you know that you're not alone. I think that's something that has been a common thread through a lot of the stories shared here is that each practitioner

2:17has found, you know, their own way by experimenting and exploring and figuring out what expression, what modalities, and what ways of expressing that works best for them. I know when I was just starting out, and I share this in, you know, my solo episode from season one, but I didn't really felt like I belonged. And so community and being in relationship with people who have been able to provide really affirming experiences has been so supportive of my beingness. So if

2:53any of that is coming through for you on these episodes, you feel strongly resonant with certain practitioners or certain modalities, I hope that you follow through on that. I hope that we've planted seeds that you can nourish and nurture so that they grow and they bloom in brilliant and beautiful ways that are unique to you and your own timing. If you like this podcast, it's super helpful to get a five-star review anywhere you're listening to it. That's one way that you can help

3:26support the work. Amplify what I'm doing here. Share episodes that you love with a friend. You're also supporting the work of the practitioners that I have been blessed to interview and share in relationships with. And if you are looking for ways to help support and sustain this work that are bigger than sharing it with a friend or leaving a review, I would love to have a conversation with you. You know, I'm taking this pause to really reflect on this journey. I'm so proud to be here

3:57right now. I remember just being so nervous about showing up, you know, publicly in this way. And here we are, you know, 20 amazing episodes in. So if you'd like to support this work, if you'd like to collaborate in some way, I am very much looking for opportunities to do that. And I would love to have a conversation with you. So please send me a message on my website, energyhealingelizabeth.com.

4:28And yeah, I also love hearing how these episodes, these conversations have impacted you. So my biggest hope is that this resource, you know, connects you with some people that can be of support and guidance, maybe feel like friends in your own healing journey, or introduce you to new modalities. There's so many amazing modalities here. I'm just thinking like sound healing, Reiki, family constellation work, yoga and artistic expressions, shamanic healing, somatic therapies, osteopathic

5:03treatments, Qigong, like human design, sensual movement. Just even thinking about these topics feels so enriching and so enlivening to me. And so I hope that if you are open and curious about any of these topics or any of these practitioners that you please follow that through and please let me know. Again, I would love to hear from you. So I'm going to end this episode here and bid you farewell. This is the end of season three. I'm not sure how and when we're coming back. But I would love

5:38to stay in relationship with you. So thanks for being here. Thanks for showing up. Thanks for supporting. Thanks for listening. And I look forward to being with you again soon.
