Alex was formerly a managing partner at Kim & Chang and a partner at the Ernst & Young Hong Kong office leading regional financial services practice, including banking and capital markets, asset management and insurance. Alex graduated from New York University School of Law with both Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Laws (LLM) degrees and a bar with the State of New York and received an undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in Economics.
