I was working at Microsoft from 92 until 2005. And there was a point in time when we started doing an error, we basically created an error reporting, a way for people to, if the software crashed, to basically vote on their crash.

There's hundreds of thousands actively tracking more than 200 million bottles. And then the by-product of that is they generate a lot of really interesting data”
